We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Front-end Developer to join our team in Lviv!
REQUIREMENTS
– 2+ years of experience in front-end development, especially with React
– Good proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including ES6+ features.
– Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS
– Ability to adapt to multiple frameworks (e.g., Vue, Angular.js).
– Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or similar).
– Familiarity with development tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, and Git.
– Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
– Good problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
– Experience writing unit tests (e.g., Jest).
– Knowledge of performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient image handling.
– Nice to Have: Experience with microfrontends or web components.
– Experience with Web Components, Shadow DOM, or reusable component systems.
– Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React
– Write clean, maintainable code using JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES6+ syntax.
– Design and implement reusable components to ensure consistency and efficiency
– Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs in collaboration with backend developers.
– Contribute to architectural and technical decisions related to front-end tools and frameworks.
– Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to build intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
– Work across different frameworks such as Vue and Angular.js when required.
– Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
WHAT WE OFFER
– Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
– 3 sick leave days per year, no doctor’s note required; 30 medical leave days with medical allowance.
– Hybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment with 80/20 office/home format until the end of 2026. Starting from 2027, the policy will transition to primarily office-based work, with up to 10 work-from-home days per year with manager approval.
