VR-123054 Apply Facebook Twitter Linkedin Mail Project description Luxoft is seeking highly motivated and capable ABAP Developers at both Senior and Junior levels to join our high-performing global application delivery team. In this role, you will be deeply involved in engineering robust, high-availability software solutions that support business critical features.
Working within an agile ecosystem, you will manage software development lifecycles from initial requirement screening down to cross-functional hypercare support, addressing application incidents, standard service requests (RITMs), and large-scale delivery initiatives (Epics).
Epic Delivery Management (Xema): Proven experience processing project deliveries via Agile tools (Xema / Jira equivalent), identifying technological bottlenecks, and writing scalable logic. Technical Estimation & Solution Design: Ability to translate functional specifications into clean technical designs alongside precise effort estimations (Mandatory for Senior).
Development & Testing: Complete mastery of Core ABAP components, standard troubleshooting tools, performance tuning, and cross-functional unit testing methods. QA &
UAT Support: Strong tracking records assisting external functional testers and key business us
Project Delivery (Epics via Xema): Architect reliable technical solutions and produce precise effort and cost estimations based on loose business requirements. Own end-to-end development, unit testing, and provide dedicated support during Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases. -Production Support (Incidents & RITMs via Snow): Deliver rapid, high-quality technical root-cause analysis for production platform errors.
Address user requests, custom bug fixing, and provide high-level technical consultations to stakeholders. -Team Management & Governance: Proactively monitor and drive our active ticket queues across both Xema and Snow systems to meet strict SLA agreements. Oversee daily team administration and distribution tasks. -Technical Mentorship: Provide technical consultation, design code reviews, and structured knowledge transfers to junior members of the engineering team.
