You:At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience specifically in product analytics, with a track record of delivering actionable insights.Solid foundation in math and statistics; ability to look beyond the numbers to understand the "why" behind user behavior.Confident knowledge of SQL (complex joins, window functions) and Python/R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.A/B Testing: understanding of experimentation methodology, from hypothesis formulation and power calculation to interpreting results.Understanding of product metrics and the ability to reason about product performance and growth levers.Ability to present data findings for stakeholders.
