Senior Business Analyst with AI Experience at Zoolatech

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Our client, a globally recognized jewelry manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the design, integration, and adoption of analytics and AI solutions across pricing and promotion solutions.
This role involves collaborating closely with product managers, data engineers, data scientists, and visualization specialists to ensure that all requirements are clearly defined, feasible, and aligned with the strategic goals of the organization.
The Business Analyst operates within an Agile environment, ensuring continuous delivery and improvement of data-driven products.

REQUIREMENTS

– Proven experience as a Business Analyst for 5+ years, preferably in data-, analytics-, or AI-driven environments
– Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect business strategy and data-driven solutions
– Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
– Experience working with a mix of internal and external stakeholders
– Patient, empathetic, and an excellent active listener
– Curious, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity
– Strong collaborator in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
– Experience with pricing and promotion analytics
– AI and machine learning acumen
– Familiarity with SQL, data models, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, define, and document detailed requirements for data products, analytics tools, and AI models.
– Understand business goals, processes, and challenges to ensure that the analytics solutions provide actionable insights and value to the business.
– Translate complex business needs into technical requirements and functional specifications that are comprehensible to engineers and data scientists.
– Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical teams (data engineers, data scientists, and visualization experts), ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and project objectives.
– Work closely with product managers to prioritize and scope the requirements based on business value and feasibility.
– Assist in testing and validation of analytics solutions, ensuring they meet business expectations.
– Maintain comprehensive documentation for all requirements, changes, and functional specifications.
– Create and update user guides, training materials, and process documentation for end users of analytics tools.
