ABOUT THE PROJECT

Zoolatech is a global technology partner delivering high-quality engineering services to enterprise clients across the U.S. and Europe. We are looking for a Technical Recruiter based in Colombia to join our Recruiting Team.

REQUIREMENTS

– 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment
– Strong sourcing skills and experience with full-cycle hiring
– Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM systems (Jira is a plus)
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
– High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
– Advanced English (spoken and written)
– Availability to work hours aligned with the LATAM time zone
– Experience hiring in LATAM or multicultural environments is a strong plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across different domains
– Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and provide market insights
– Source candidates via LinkedIn Premium and other professional platforms
– Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate motivation and fit
– Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in Jira (ATS)
– Collaborate closely with the LATAM recruiting team on pipelines, priorities, and candidate handovers
– Ensure clear, structured, and timely communication with candidates throughout the process
– Participate in Hiring Terms Calls
– Contribute to employer branding initiatives and internal People Team projects
– Support basic reporting and help improve recruitment processes
