Content Marketing Manager at SubSub

ABOUT THE PROJECT

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to shape SubSub’s digital presence. You’ll be responsible for building strategy and creating a variety of content that promotes our products and attracts new audiences. SubSub is an official YouTube partner that helps media companies and creators scale, monetize their content, and build sustainable businesses. We combine media expertise, in-house production, and powerful SaaS products.
Our products:
– YouTube Analytics 360° — a dashboard for deep market insights, audience growth, and performance optimization.
– Fan Funding — a monetization tool based on subscriptions: publish exclusive content, grow your community, and earn a stable income.
– Live — a solution that allows 24/7 streaming of pre-recorded content on YouTube and Facebook.

REQUIREMENTS

You’re proactive — you generate ideas, see opportunities, and take ownership to make things happen.
You’re excited about the creative industry — media, YouTube, bloggers, and digital products energize you.
You’re ambitious — you want to grow, make an impact, and see the real results of your work.
3+ years of experience in content marketing or a related role;
strong copywriting skills and a solid understanding of SEO;
experience creating content in various formats for different platforms (social media, blogs, email, landing pages);
English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring industry trends, generating hypotheses, and translating them into actionable content strategies.
Creating SEO-optimized content: articles, social media posts, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
Tracking key content performance metrics and continuously optimizing results.
