ABOUT THE PROJECT
Spendbase is a global Fintech company helping tech companies control and optimize spend across SaaS, Cloud services, and Payments. We are scaling quickly. New products, new markets, and increasing deal complexity make Partnerships an important growth channel for us.
REQUIREMENTS
– 5+ years of relevant experience in managing channel Partnerships with a Business Development focus
– Track record of launching and growing new partnerships, as well as maintaining existing ones
– Experience in opportunity pipeline management and managing partner performance
– Strong communication skills, both externally and internally
– Background in SaaS, Fintech, or other solution-driven tech companies
– Experience working in startups or scale-ups during active growth phases is a plus
– Strong ownership skills and a self-starter mindset to work independently
– Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop new Partnerships that support Spendbase’s growth across relevant customer segments
– Take ownership of existing partnerships and be responsible for how they evolve, scale, and contribute to the business
– Act as the main point of accountability for partner relationships and collaborative outcomes
– Work closely with sales, product, marketing, engineering, and compliance teams to align partner initiatives with company priorities
– Support different partnership formats, including resellers, ecosystem collaborators, and joint commercial or marketing initiatives
– Maintain visibility into how partnerships perform whilst focusing on the most impactful opportunities
– Contribute to the Spendbase Partnering Strategy
