ABOUT THE PROJECT
Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech startup revolutionizing how businesses manage their cloud and software subscriptions.
REQUIREMENTS
– 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
– Proven experience running full-cycle recruiting processes independently
– Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
– Fully fluent English (written and spoken, C1 level or above)
– Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Structured, responsible, and proactive working style

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Own full-cycle recruitment end to end, from role intake and sourcing to interviewing, offer management, and closing candidates
– Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and team needs
– Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels when needed
– Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit
– Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
– Prepare and present offers, negotiate where appropriate, and support successful hiring decisions
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS
– Participate in other HR and people-related projects as needed (process improvements, employer branding, hiring initiatives, etc.)
– Contribute ideas to improve recruitment workflows, tools, and candidate experience
