ABOUT THE PROJECT
Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech SaaS startup helping companies take control of their spending. With our all-in-one platform, businesses can manage SaaS subscriptions, cloud costs, and corporate cards in one place — bringing clarity and control to company expenses.
REQUIREMENTS
– 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR/BDR, or similar client-facing roles
– Strong interest in outbound sales and business development
– Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
– Portuguese native speaker with professional-level English
– Highly proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with KPIs
– Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
– Nice-to-Have: Experience in SaaS or fintech sales, Experience with cold calling and high-volume outreach, Familiarity with modern sales tools and CRM systems, Experience working with mid-market clients

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Drive high-volume outbound prospecting in the Portuguese market
– Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing (with a strong focus on outbound-generated opportunities)
– Conduct product demos and communicate clear value propositions to finance leaders and decision-makers
– Maintain an active pipeline with structured and consistent follow-ups
– Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
– Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
– Collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion opportunities
