ABOUT THE PROJECT
Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech & SaaS startup helping companies optimize their software, cloud, and corporate spend. From smart vendor negotiations to powerful cards, we’re building the one-stop platform for modern finance teams. We’re expanding across Europe and looking for driven, ambitious GTM talent to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS
– 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or cloud sales (startup or tech background a plus)
– Based in Europe with strong fluency in your local language and English
– Some exposure to closing mid-market deals or managing client relationships directly
– A self-starter with an ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
– A local network you can tap into from day one is a big plus
– Based in Europe with strong fluency in your local language and English

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, outbound outreach, discovery, demoing, negotiating, and closing
– Identify and target key accounts (mid-size B2B companies) in your local market
– Own your pipeline from first touch to signed contract
– Collaborate with Product and Marketing to sharpen messaging and value proposition
– Hit and exceed ambitious revenue targets
– Represent Spendbase at local industry events and in your professional network
– Help build and shape Spendbase’s presence in your country
– Identify and target key accounts (mid-size B2B companies) in your local market
