Team Lead, US Market at Spendbase

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech SaaS startup helping companies take control of their spending. With our all-in-one platform, businesses can manage SaaS subscriptions, cloud costs, and corporate cards in one place — bringing clarity and control to company expenses.

REQUIREMENTS

– 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including time in a team lead or senior sales role
– Experience leading teams in a hypergrowth or high-velocity sales environment
– Strong coaching, motivating, and people development skills
– Native English speaker with deep understanding of the US market and buyer culture
– Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
– Comfortable working with CRM systems, sales tooling, and performance metrics
– Thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales reps focused on the US market
– Own team revenue targets and ensure consistent pipeline growth and deal closure
– Drive outbound prospecting strategies and optimize inbound conversion across the team
– Stay close to the deals — supporting reps in key moments and stepping in to close when needed
– Build and refine playbooks, processes, and best practices tailored to the US market
– Monitor team KPIs and provide regular performance feedback and coaching
– Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to align GTM efforts
– Report on team performance, market dynamics, and growth opportunities to leadership
