ABOUT THE PROJECT

Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech startup revolutionising the way companies manage cloud, SaaS, and other corporate expenses. From vendor negotiations to procurement, we help businesses get the most value from their investments.

REQUIREMENTS

– No prior HR experience required, but a strong interest in Human Resources is essential
– Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+)
– Strong communication and organisational skills
– Proactive, creative, and people-oriented mindset
– Willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them through
– High level of responsibility when working with confidential information
– Previous internship or work experience in IT companies or startups – nice to have

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Maintain military records and ensure compliance with local regulations (full training will be provided)
– Assist with employee documentation and HR records
– Provide administrative support for HR processes, including onboarding
– Plan and organise corporate events, team-building activities, and internal community initiatives
– Support office management and day-to-day HR operations
– Collaborate with HR and Security teams to ensure smooth internal processes
