Intern/Junior IT Support Manager at Spendbase

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Spendbase is a global fintech company with a startup mindset, helping businesses optimize their spending on SaaS, cloud services, and corporate cards. We’re growing fast and looking for an Intern / Junior IT Support Manager to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

– A technical mindset and interest in starting a career in IT support
– Basic understanding of how computers, operating systems, and IT tools work
– Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and help users find solutions
– Interest in working with user access, internal tools, and IT systems
– Education in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
– Upper-Intermediate English is a must
– Willingness to work from our Kyiv office (hybrid format possible)
– Openness to learning internal processes and writing basic technical documentation

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Provide first-line IT support to internal users
– Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
– Handle routine IT requests and day-to-day technical questions
– Manage user accounts, access, and permissions across internal systems (in coordination with HR)
– Support and maintain internal IT systems and tools
– Assist with basic automation and improvement of internal processes
– Track and manage IT assets (devices, hardware, software inventory)
– Create and keep internal documentation and guides up to date
– Ensure IT processes follow security policies and standards
