ABOUT THE PROJECT
Spendbase is a global fintech company with a startup mindset dedicated to helping businesses optimize their spending on SaaS, cloud services, and corporate cards. We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Success Specialist to own customer relationships and drive long-term value.
REQUIREMENTS
– 1+ year in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
– Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
– Experience with CS tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight, or similar).
– Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
– Upper-Intermediate+ English.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
– Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
– Identify success metrics and ensure customers achieve their goals.
– Analyze usage data to spot risks and opportunities.
– Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product and processes.
