ABOUT THE PROJECT

Spendbase is a global fintech company with a startup mindset dedicated to helping businesses optimise their spend through procurement, accounts payable, and virtual card solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

– Near-native or high English proficiency (C1 level)
– 3+ years of professional copywriting experience in marketing or advertising
– 1+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring writers
– Exceptional editing, proofreading, and analytical skills
– Creative problem-solving abilities with a track record of developing impactful campaigns
– Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to meeting deadlines
– Experience with conversion optimisation and performance marketing copy

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talented writers
– Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and marketing managers
– Establish and maintain content standards, processes, and workflows
– Create and oversee high-converting copy across websites, landing pages, advertisements, email campaigns, and sales materials
– Maintain consistent brand voice while tailoring messaging for different audiences and channels
– Optimize copy for conversions, directly impacting website performance and campaign ROI
– Provide editorial guidance, constructive feedback, and quality assurance for all team output
