ABOUT THE PROJECT
Chargebase is a new product by Spendbase focused on smarter chargeback prevention and reduction. We help businesses protect their revenue, reduce disputes, and gain better control over payment-related risks.
REQUIREMENTS
– 2+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or another sales-related role
– Strong communication skills in English (B2+)
– Proactive personality and genuine curiosity about customers’ problems
– Comfortable with rejection and able to stay positive and consistent
– Organized, able to manage your own pipeline and daily tasks
– Familiar with LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and basic CRM tools (or ready to learn fast)

– Research target accounts and identify ideal customer profiles
– Generate new leads via outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, calls)
– Start conversations with potential customers and qualify their needs
– Book discovery calls and demos for Sales Executives
– Keep CRM clean and up to date (leads, activities, follow-ups)
– Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to improve outreach messaging
– Continuously learn about the Chargebase product, competitors, and market trends
– Generate new leads via outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, calls)
– Start conversations with potential customers and qualify their needs
– Book discovery calls and demos for Sales Executives
