REQUIREMENTS

– 4+ years of experience teaching English to adults (groups and/or 1:1)
– Experience teaching in a corporate, IT, or business context (strong advantage)
– English proficiency: C1–C2
– CELTA or DELTA (or equivalent internationally recognized certification with proven teaching experience)
– Experience in developing customized programs for different proficiency levels
– Strong command of communicative teaching methodology
– Creative, learner-centered lesson design
– Professionalism, patience, and structured classroom management

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Deliver English courses for adults (group and 1:1 formats, levels Beginner–Advanced)
– Design and adapt customized learning programs aligned with business and learner needs
– Prepare lesson plans, materials, and engaging learning activities
– Track attendance, learner progress, and course results
– Participate in placement testing
