REQUIREMENTS

– 7+ years in product management, or 10+ years in technology with at least 4 years in product management roles
– 2–3+ years of direct experience managing product managers or cross-functional product teams
– Proven track record of owning and driving roadmaps across multiple product areas simultaneously
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
– Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or data-intensive platforms
– The ability to distinguish strategic product work from routine maintenance
– A coaching orientation: you develop product thinking and judgment in your team
– Excellent written and verbal English
– Bonus points: Domain background in fintech, financial data, investment platforms, or capital markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Own the product roadmap across a portfolio of core platform experience areas
– Lead, develop, and coach a team of product managers
– Translate portfolio-level strategic priorities into clear execution plans
– Serve as the primary product voice in cross-functional conversations
– Drive adoption of generative AI tools across your PM team
– Champion AI-assisted prototyping and concept exploration
– Partner closely with PitchBook product leadership to communicate priorities
– Make confident prioritization calls
– Proactively surface resourcing needs, dependencies, and risks
– Evaluate and grow PM performance
– Foster a culture of customer empathy, data-informed decision-making, and continuous improvement.
