REQUIREMENTS
– 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
– Proven experience hiring for international markets
– Strong expertise in sourcing strategies and proactive talent mapping
– Experience partnering closely with hiring managers and providing consultative support
– Strong interviewing skills (competency-based and structured interviews)
– Experience in defining qualification criteria and shaping hiring processes
– Solid understanding of recruitment metrics
– Excellent written and verbal English (C1 level)

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle: demand planning, sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, offers, and closing
– Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategy
– Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across international markets
– Conduct structured interviews and provide high-quality feedback
– Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
– Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness
– Prepare regular hiring reports and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
– Ensure a smooth transition from the candidate stage to onboarding.
– Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategy
