REQUIREMENTS

– Strong knowledge of Java 17+ and Spring Boot (MVC, JDBC, Security)
– Experience with PostgreSQL
– Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architecture (Kafka)
– Hands-on experience with Clouds (GCP/AWS) and Kubernetes
– Understanding of RESTful API design and OpenAPI
– Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK Stack)
– English Upper-Intermediate (B2 or higher); Ukrainian – fluent
– Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
– Strong sense of ownership and accountability
– Ability to drive technical discussions and make informed architectural decisions
– Enthusiasm for mentorship and knowledge sharing within the team

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Design and maintain backend services and APIs
– Participate in architecture and technical discussions
– Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
– Collaborate with QA and FE teams to ensure quality delivery
– Improve system performance, reliability, and automation
– Contribute in team ceremonies and code reviews
