REQUIREMENTS

– 2+ years in a similar role
– Sales Data Researcher or Lead Researcher experience
– Experience working with B2B services is strongly preferred (IT outsourcing/software development services ideal)
– Intermediate English level and higher

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Research and build B2B prospect databases aligned with ICPs
– Identify relevant companies across selected industries and geographies
– Collect accurate firmographic data (company size, locations, tech stack, funding stage, etc.)
– Identify key decision-makers and influencers
– Verify role relevance
– Ensure accuracy of contact details
– Enrich datasets with relevant info
– Prepare structured lead lists for outbound campaigns
– Track completed research, coverage progress, and reporting
