REQUIREMENTS

– Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
– Experience in turning business ideas into structured UX hypotheses
– Understanding of how UX decisions impact delivery effort and project cost
– Ability to balance product quality with speed and budget constraints
– Experience estimating UX scope for proposals and presales
– Proven ability to manage priorities across multiple parallel projects
– Confident Figma user (auto-layout, components, design systems)
– Good understanding of UX principles and user-centered design
– Ability to work independently and collaborate with BAs and developers
– Attention to detail and strong visual sense
– Experience in presales or early product discovery
– Fast creation of UX/UI concepts for MVP and demo scope
– Working with low- and mid-fidelity wireframes for early-stage estimation
– Visualisation of user flows, roles, and key scenarios
– Participation in client workshops and discovery sessions

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Participate in pre-sales activities and collaborate directly with clients on UI/UX design and product development.
– Create fast, convincing UX/UI concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to support proposals.
– Translate high-level business goals and vague client ideas into clear UX concepts, user flows.
– Work with business analysts and engineers to align UX decisions with functional requirements, technical constraints.
– Present UX concepts, flows, and design rationale to clients and stakeholders, explaining trade-offs in terms of user value, scope, and business impact.
