ABOUT THE PROJECT

You will contribute to cutting-edge cybersecurity products in the AdTech domain, helping safeguard digital advertising from fraud and invalid traffic.

REQUIREMENTS

– Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a SaaS or technology environment.
– Strong understanding of developer tools, security workflows, or DevOps environments.
– Excellent written communication skills with attention to clarity and structure.
– Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple documentation projects.
– Upper-Intermediate English level.
– 3+ years of relevant experience.
– Cybersecurity and/or Media industry experience (NICE TO HAVE).
– Background in content strategy, UX writing, or product documentation (NICE TO HAVE).

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for diverse audiences.
– Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to gather technical insights.
– Continuously improve existing documentation and create new materials aligned with product updates.
– Identify opportunities to enhance product usability through documentation strategies.
– Mentor other technical writers and contribute to team growth.
– Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align educational content with business goals.
