ABOUT THE PROJECT

We are looking for an Event Manager with a sense of style and love for events. We are growing, scaling, and seeking someone to enhance our team with memorable events and merchandise that people want to wear.

REQUIREMENTS

– 3+ years of experience as an Event Manager
– Portfolio of completed events
– Experience in a managerial position / team management (task setting, performance control, coordination of contractors and internal team)
– Experience in organizing both internal and external events
– Practical experience with stands, merchandise, and branded products
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Ability to work with budgets and deadlines
– Creative thinking and proactive approach
– Ability to work with contractors and internal teams

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Organizing internal events (corporate events, team buildings, internal meetups/workshops, All-hands, Q&A sessions)
– Organizing external events (conferences, exhibitions, presentations, partner events)
– Developing event concepts according to brand and business goals
– Planning event budgets, controlling expenses, and optimizing resources
– Coordinating contractors: venues, catering, technical support, decor, hosts, production contractors
– Managing timelines and ensuring quality of event execution
– Working with merchandise: ideas, design (in collaboration with Brand Designer), selecting suppliers, ordering, logistics, and accounting
– Ensuring branding of events and merchandise according to brand book
– Preparing reporting and analyzing effectiveness of events
