ABOUT THE PROJECT

SharksCode is a Ukrainian IT company specializing in the development of high-tech software solutions and platforms in B2B, particularly in the iGaming sector. We are looking for a Researcher who will help us understand not only what is happening but also why it is happening.

REQUIREMENTS

– 1–2+ years of experience in research/analytics/strategic studies/marketing.
– Ability to conduct desk research and analyze large amounts of information.
– Basic data analysis skills (Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
– Experience preparing structured reports and presentations.
– Systematic thinking, attention to detail, logic over assumptions.
– Fluent in Ukrainian, Intermediate+ in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Analyze user behavior: motivations, barriers, retention models.
– Prepare insights for marketing campaigns, branding, CRM, and product.
– Work with qualitative and quantitative data (surveys, interviews, analytics).
– Create reports, presentations, and conclusions in a format of “solutions, not text”.
– Regularly update the internal knowledge base (market & competitor intelligence).
