On behalf of MarketplaceTech Client #2, SD Solutions is looking for a Software Support Engineer MarketplaceTech Client #2 is looking for a technically strong and creative Software Support Engineer to work directly with the founder and support ongoing development and maintenance of an internal platform used by both the team and clients. This is a full-time role focused on helping manage bugs, feature requests, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.SD Solutions is a staffing company operating globally. Responsibilities: Triage, debug, and resolve issues from a provided task/bug listReview features prototyped in staging, solidify them, and confirm readiness for productionPromote ready features to production; isolate incomplete work via feature branches/flagsMaintain reliability of existing functionality and prevent regressionsPerform backend maintenance of AI applications, including agent orchestration toolsWork directly with the founder on a daily basisStay visible, proactive, and consistently productive throughout the workdayNo net-new feature development from scratch (out of scope) Requirements:Strong full-stack engineering background (frontend and backend)Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems and agent-based tooling (e.g. Claude, Codex, Grok, or comparable LLM orchestration)Comfortable maintaining and debugging production backend systemsExperience with feature branching/flags and safe release practicesExcellent English communication — clear, responsive, and able to work closely with a hands-on technical founderHigh reliability, visibility, and consistent daily outputTime zone overlap with Austin, Texas is preferred Advantages: Previous experience working in small, founder-led teamsStrong practical experience with AI agent workflows and prompt engineeringAbility to work independently while remaining highly responsive and visible About the company: A marketplace platform connecting engineering services and
