ABOUT THE PROJECT

We are building an AI-driven platform that powers the future of customer success—from onboarding and retention to growth and advocacy. Our AI-powered CustomerOS platform orchestrates the entire customer journey, helping over 2,000 companies drive learning, adoption, community engagement, and measurable outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

– 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Professional Services, enterprise product implementation, or a related SaaS environment.
– Strong practical experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
– Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or C#).
– Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
– Experience working with APIs, web services, and webhooks.
– Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, data integration processes, Salesforce, and SaaS platforms.
– Experience delivering enterprise software implementations using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
– Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
– Nice to Have: Mobile development experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Design, develop, and maintain front-end components for custom themes, including layouts, navigation, and reusable UI patterns.
– Own the visual design and front-end implementation of customer-facing learning and community sites.
– Build responsive, brand-aligned interfaces using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript best practices.
– Integrate front-end components with APIs, webhooks, and data systems such as CRM, Salesforce, and SSO solutions.
– Implement, test, and deploy code following GitHub-based workflows, ensuring accessibility, performance, and security standards.
– Work cross-functionally with project managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer-specific UI requirements.
– Support live customer environments by reviewing pull requests, performing QA, and resolving issues within defined SLAs, including EMEA daytime coverage.
– Contribute to a shared component library to improve reuse, consistency, and delivery efficiency.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

12000 – 15000 PLN / Month
