We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer who can build polished, production-grade financial applications and thrive in a workflow where AI is a daily engineering multiplier. You will craft high-quality UI in React Native, ship secure serverless APIs, and use AI tooling to increase speed, quality, and throughput. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of fintech, real-time systems, and AI-powered development.
What You’ll Do
– Build production-ready, pixel-perfect interfaces using React Native + Expo with Tamagui and Style Dictionary.
– Own core neobank features end-to-end: wallets, payments, transaction histories, onboarding, and notifications.
– Architect and maintain scalable serverless backend services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, EventBridge).
– Integrate stablecoin and blockchain-based payment flows with a focus on compliance, security, and reliability.
– Implement real-time features using WebSockets and SSE, including AI-driven chat and streaming UX.
– Leverage AI development tools (Claude, Cursor, MCP integrations) to accelerate engineering workflows.
– Mentor teammates, enforce engineering standards, and contribute to best practices in AI-enhanced fintech engineering.
What We’re Looking For (Must Have)
– Hands-on experience with crypto is required.
– 8+ years of professional engineering experience, with at least 3 years in mobile fintech applications.
– Mastery of React Native + Expo with demonstrated pixel-perfect implementation quality.
– Full-stack proficiency in TypeScript, including building serverless backends on AWS.
– Experience with secure authentication flows (Cognito, JWT, device secrets) and financial-grade data security.
– Familiarity with stablecoins, blockchain transactions, or payments APIs.
– Strong understanding of real-time communication (WebSockets, SSE).
– Comfortable using AI tooling daily—ideally already fluent with tools like Claude, Cursor, or other AI-augmented IDEs.
