ABOUT THE PROJECT
We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our engineering team and play a pivotal role in shaping how we build and deliver software at scale. While we maintain a flat organizational structure, this is a “senior-senior” individual contributor role designed for someone who can make an outsized impact.
REQUIREMENTS
– Deep, hands-on experience with Ruby is essential.
– Proven track record of leading complex, cross-team initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
– Ability to operate across levels—discussing deep technical topics with engineers and strategy with stakeholders.
– Strong instinct for identifying high-leverage technical investments and driving them to completion.
– Experience in HR, Fintech, or Accounting platforms is a strong plus.

– Provide direction when the path forward isn’t clear and guide complex architectural decisions.
– Be the go-to person for challenging production issues and high-stakes technical decisions.
