ABOUT THE PROJECT

REDI is an international product company with expertise in internet marketing, specializing in attracting traffic and clients to its product.

REQUIREMENTS

– Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
– Successful cases of building business processes that contribute to the rapid implementation of the company’s strategy.
– Knowledge of analytical methods and approaches for evaluating efficiency and results.
– High organizational and communication skills.
– Broad strategic knowledge in digital marketing, product development, and sales.
– Conflict management skills.
– Professional enthusiasm, helicopter view.
– Knowledge of English language – Upper intermediate or higher.
– Technical background is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Ensure the implementation of the company’s strategy.
– Develop and implement business processes at the company level.
– Build operational management systems.
– Analyze the effectiveness of unit activities and adjust operations to achieve set goals.
– Manage people (organize effective cross-functional work, support communication lines between departments, set measurable individual and team goals).
– Interact with C-Level of the company to achieve operational goals.
