ABOUT THE PROJECT

You will join an extension team of our client – iBusiness Funding. iBusiness Funding is a leader in providing innovative SaaS solutions for banks and lenders, with a specialization in SBA lending. We build scalable lending platforms that streamline the business lending process, allowing lenders to efficiently deliver capital to small and medium-sized businesses. To date, we’ve processed over $7 billion in SBA loans and handle more than 1,000 business loan applications daily. REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
– 5+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps roles supporting SaaS platforms
– Strong proficiency in AWS CloudFormation, CDK, and GitHub Actions
– Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Policy as Code
– Proven ability to design and integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable
– AWS Certified Solutions Architect
– Expertise in Kubernetes and container-based architectures
– Proficiency in Python, NodeJS, and/or TypeScript
– Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Lead design and implementation of secure, scalable infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes and CloudFormation/CDK
– Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other automation tools
– Champion DevSecOps culture by embedding security into development workflows (e.g., code scanning, vulnerability assessments)
– Manage multiple AWS environments for cost optimization and performance
– Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems
– Collaborate with product, development, and security teams to align infrastructure and security priorities
– Drive incident response, postmortems, and follow-up actions
– Mentor junior engineers and contribute to hiring and onboarding processes
– Document systems, processes, and decisions to support knowledge sharing
