REQUIREMENTS

– Practical, up-to-date knowledge of Polish labor law, including employment, B2B, and mandate contracts.
– Flexibility and a proactive mindset.
– Experience supporting change management.
– Strong awareness of current HR trends and best practices.
– Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
– Very good command of English (written and spoken).
– Nice to have: experience leading or mentoring a small HR / People Operations team. Background in IT services, nearshore, or outsourcing environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Lead and mentor a team of People Operations Specialists.
– Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding.
– Ensure accuracy of employee documentation and personnel data.
– Administer employee benefits and HR documentation.
– Prepare periodic and ad hoc HR reports.
