REQUIREMENTS

– Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a software/tech environment
– Strong background in requirements management, business analysis, and functional specification writing
– Experience working with cross-functional agile teams (Engineering, QA, Design, and Architecture)
– Demonstrated ability to engage with Marketing and Sales on GTM and product positioning
– Excellent communication and facilitation skills – comfortable bridging teams with different backgrounds, mindsets, and cultures
– Structured thinking, analytical problem-solving, and a high tolerance for ambiguity and tight deadlines
– Ability to prioritize ruthlessly – saying no to good ideas in favor of the right ones
– Experience defining product metrics and working with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Build and maintain a transparent product roadmap aligned with business goals and effectively communicated to all stakeholders
– Lead hands-on scope management and project planning across the full product lifecycle
– Conduct business and functional analysis of software solutions; own requirements management and create clear, actionable functional specifications
– Manage the product backlog, including clarification, prioritization, and estimation
– Partner with engineering and design leads to remove blockers and keep delivery on track
– Align stakeholders around business needs, expectations, and implementation realities
– Define and track product KPIs; use data to validate hypotheses and prioritize next steps
– Own the “Definition of Done” and quality criteria in collaboration with the team
– Co-define and execute the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy alongside Marketing and Sales
– Participate in pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, product demos, and trial programs
– Validate and continuously refine the product value proposition based on market and customer feedback
– Translate customer insights into concrete product evolution and roadmap adjustments
