Location: Remote (United States) Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt (Staff position — direct hire) Compensation: $110,000–$155,000 base annually, depending on experience Travel: Up to 10% (out-of-town meetings, training, or outreach activities) ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring on behalf of our client — a growing outside plant (OSP) fiber infrastructure company delivering large-scale fiber optic construction projects across multiple U.S. markets. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of large-scale fiber optic construction projects across multiple markets. This role will oversee project timelines, budgets, permitting, vendor coordination, and customer communications to ensure successful fiber deployments that meet operational and financial targets. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in OSP fiber construction, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects independently in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. RESPONSIBILITIES - Identify candidate OSP engineering/construction firms; manage the bid/vendor selection process and contract negotiation - Own tactical project management, including project schedules, running regular project calls, and supporting project functions (securing bonds, internal signatures for permits, etc.) - Provide build cost estimates for the sales team - Perform service delivery functions, including regular customer updates (written and/or oral), coordinating site access, and close-out package preparation - Conduct site walks with customers and vendors - Work with local/state/federal permitting agencies to secure timely permit approvals - Provide direction and coordination of project environmental requirements, tasks, and activities - Manage environmental engineering vendors and related subcontractors as they secure related permitting - Document splicing requirements and maintain fiber engineering documentation - Specify and procure optics compon
