We’re joining an AI-powered revolution in code understanding used by leading enterprises, redefining how developers manage complex codebases and improving documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
– 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
– Experience with Banking, FinTech, Telecom, or Public Sector projects.
– Advanced English proficiency for leading meetings and negotiations.
– High-quality technical documentation and User Stories writing skills.
– Proactive communication skills for clarity.
– Technical background preferred (APIs, databases, basic coding concepts).

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Communicate with clients through calls and workshops to gather requirements.
– Transform high-level needs into detailed technical specifications.
– Write clear User Stories with Acceptance Criteria for the R&D team.
– Support developers during sprints to ensure solutions are aligned with client requests.
