ABOUT THE PROJECT

Fast-growing InsurTech start-up building an innovative AI, Machine Learning platform aiming to change the life insurance industry. They are helping insurers to become data-driven and produce insights to inform decision-making and drive new business strategies at the corporate level.

REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in AI or machine learning
– Proficiency in Python and relevant AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
– Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and machine learning techniques
– Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems
– Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
– Conduct research to identify new AI technologies and methodologies suitable for business needs
– Optimize model performance and scalability through iterative testing and feedback
– Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns
– Maintain up-to-date documentation for AI models and processes
