REQUIREMENTS

– 5+ years of software engineering experience.
– Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (strong expertise required).
– Strong proficiency with AI tools (especially Claude Code).
– High level of ownership and accountability.
– Open-minded, collaborative, and communicative personality.
– Startup experience is a strong plus.
– Swift experience – advantage.
– Good understanding of clean code principles, testing practices, and architecture patterns (MVC/MVVM) – advantage.
– Fluent English communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile features using Kotlin Multiplatform.
– Build and improve product functionality with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
– Contribute to a startup-style environment with fast iterations and high impact.
– Ensure code quality through best engineering practices.
