ABOUT THE PROJECT

We are currently looking for a Sales support.

REQUIREMENTS

– High structuring, attention to detail, ability to work with large amounts of information.
– Experience working with documents: formation of acts, invoices, tender documentation, control of signing and archiving.
– Understanding or willingness to understand the company’s products: infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, support, custom development.
– Experience working with CRM systems.
– Ability to prepare commercial proposals.
– Work with electronic platforms (uploading documents, forms).
– Checking contractors, details, correctness of documents.
– Interaction with internal teams: legal, financial, delivery, and sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Knowledge of the company’s products and services: infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, support, custom development.
– Work with CRM systems.
– Preparation of commercial proposals and tender documentation.
– Formation of acts, invoices, control of signing and archiving documents.
– Uploading documents to electronic platforms.
– Checking contractors, details, forms.
– Initiation of internal processes (creating projects, agreeing on contract deadlines).
– Interaction with legal, financial, delivery, and sales teams.
