Product Manager at MODUS X

ABOUT THE PROJECT

You will work on the digitalization program for document flow and business processes that is strategically important for the company. Your decisions will impact internal processes and the product’s output to the external market. You will be part of a team that values initiative, creativity, and the willingness to create from scratch.

REQUIREMENTS

– 3+ years of experience in product management in IT (development of existing products is a must).
– General knowledge in the energy sector.
– Deep understanding of SDLC and PDLC.
– Skills in strategic and operational resource planning.
– Strong communication skills, ability to present and summarize data.
– Experience working with large volumes of information and monitoring plan execution.
– Agile mindset, knowledge of digital product development patterns.
– Familiarity with Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Business Canvas, MVP, RAT approaches.
– Being an evangelist for product development focused on results.
– Additional plus: experience in large product or service companies.
– Technical background (computer science, applied mathematics, physics).
– Knowledge of UX/UI and Customer Journey.
– English – Upper-Intermediate+.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Formulate product vision and manage its lifecycle (from idea to release).
– Develop the existing product that will scale to the external market.
– Analyze business needs, conduct discovery, and test hypotheses.
– Create roadmap, manage backlog and releases.
– Interact with development, design, analytics teams and key stakeholders.
– Implement hybrid methodologies: Design Thinking, Lean Startup, own adapted approaches.
– Prove the value of the product vision, argue decisions based on data.
