ABOUT THE PROJECT
We’re looking for a Strong Junior – Middle UI/UX Designer with a strong visual style, solid UX fundamentals and a product mindset. Someone who can turn requirements into intuitive flows and polished interfaces for digital products, making sure they look great and work seamlessly.
REQUIREMENTS
– 2+ years of comertial experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
– Strong visual taste.
– Portfolio showing excellence in both UI (visuals, layout, systems) and UX (flows, logic, interactions).
– Advanced skills in Figma (design systems, prototyping, handoff).
– Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and human-centered design principles.
– English level B2+ (comfortable communicating directly with international clients and team members).
– Proactive & independent.
– Flexible.
– Fast learner.
– Strong communicator & storyteller.
– Motivated & collaborative.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Communicating directly with clients in English to understand needs and share ideas.
– Translating client requirements into clear design solutions.
– Designing intuitive, elegant, and visually strong interfaces with high attention to detail.
– Building end-to-end experiences: from UX architecture and flows to high-fidelity UI and final delivery for development.
– Supporting usability testing and analyzing user behavior (via analytics, recordings, interviews).
– Iterating designs quickly based on feedback, testing, and usability insights.
– Creating experiences that build trust and emotional connection through tone, visuals, and interactions.
– Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and marketers to align design with technical and business context.
– Maintaining consistency and scalability via design systems and reusable components.
– Collaborating with developers for smooth design-to-build handoff.
