Responsibilities
– Design user-centered interfaces, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes aligned with client business goals
– Conduct user research and behavior analysis
– Iterate on designs based on insights and performance data
– Translate business requirements and data into AI-prototypes and effective design solutions
– Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems (Figma components)
– Collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and users to ensure high-quality implementation
– Balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints
– Own design solutions from concept to implementation

Requirements
– 2+ years of commercial experience as a UI/UX Designer
– Proficiency using AI tools
– Experience conducting user and client interviews, with the ability to extract key insights
– Ability to work in dynamic environments with evolving requirements
– Data-driven approach to design (ability to justify decisions with research and metrics)
– Strong proficiency in Figma and FigJam (or similar tools)
– Experience designing for web and mobile applications, including SaaS products
– Experience creating flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
– Experience building and maintaining design systems
– Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
