REQUIREMENTS

– from 2 years of commercial experience as a UI/UX Designer
– experience in interviewing clients and users, ability to highlight key information
– ability to work in conditions of changing requirements and understand the business context
– examples of solutions based on data, not just subjective judgments
– confident command of Figma, FigJam, Miro and other tools
– experience in creating flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes for web and mobile applications, SaaS
– skills in building and supporting design systems from scratch
– English — Upper-Intermediate+
– developed communication skills and teamwork

RESPONSIBILITIES

– development of visual concepts and interfaces to achieve clients’ business goals
– creation intuitive and aesthetic interfaces with a focus on user experience
– development of user flow, wireframes, mockups and prototypes based on business requirements and research
– conducting user interviews, user behavior analytics, working with data
– participation in the creation and maintenance of the design system (Figma components)
– collaboration with developers, customers and users for high-quality design implementation
