Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem solving tool available. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Spare parts management on usage, budget control. and work on cost reductions. * Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic approach. * Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes. * Supports production stabilization projects to achieve robust manufacturing. * Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant documents. * Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology). * More than 5 years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry, Expert in molding preferable. * Good communications and interpersonal skills. * Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals. * Good understanding of TPM and Maintenance systematics. * Possessed good analytical and problem solving skills. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
