REQUIREMENTS
– 2+ years of experience in recruitment
– Confident in working with international markets
– Strong communication skills
– Upper-Intermediate English level
– Deep understanding of various roles and industries

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Conduct end-to-end recruitment process
– Work with various profiles from engineers to C-level
– Source candidates independently and in collaboration with sourcers
– Conduct competency interviews and prepare executive summaries
– Directly interact with clients
