HolyAff is a leading Ukrainian company in performance marketing and media buying with a global reach, operating at the intersection of marketing technologies and large-scale digital promotion.
REQUIREMENTS
– 3–5+ years in HR with experience in process building.
– Strong recruiting as a system: funnel, conversions, speed, quality.
– English B2+ proficiency.
– Experience with HRIS (Hurma/PeopleForce or equivalents) and an interest in automation/AI is essential.
– Practicality, independence, readiness to offer solutions, and responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Build/strengthen the hiring engine: processes, funnel, quality of hiring.
– Support the team in a period of change: retention and reducing turnover.
– Systematize onboarding and training materials.
– Implement automation and AI in HR processes.
– Facilitate international hiring and onboarding of contractors.
