Motion Designer (Marketing Zone) at Honeytech

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Honeytech is a dynamic, fast-growing project that has created a platform for comics in an Asian style and has already become number 1 in its niche!

REQUIREMENTS

– Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D/Blender.
– Understanding of performance marketing principles and metrics (CTR, CPA, CPM, ROAS, conversion).
– Experience in creating creatives for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
– Ability to work with motion graphics and animation for advertising campaigns.
– Understanding the specifics of short video content (15-30 seconds) for advertising.
– Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve or similar).
– Knowledge of UX/UI principles for advertising creatives.
– Understanding of A/B testing of creatives and data-driven approaches.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Create motion design creatives for performance marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads).
– Analyze the effectiveness metrics of creatives (CTR, CPA, conversions) and optimize them.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals.
– Adapt creatives for different formats and platforms.
– Create animated banners and video ads of various durations.
– Maintain a high speed of production of creatives.
– Keep track of trends in digital marketing and advertising.
