Senior Creative Producer/ Showrunner at Honeytech

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Honeytech is a dynamic, rapidly growing project that has created a platform for webcomics in an Asian style and has already become #1 in its niche. Imagine Netflix, but for comics — in just a few years, we have gathered over 15 million users and have proven that we can build a world-class product from Ukraine!

REQUIREMENTS

– Experience as a creative producer/showrunner/editor of serial content (or experience with YouTube or TikTok projects, video production, TV, or journalism).
– Autonomy and willingness to take full responsibility for results.
– Understanding of dramaturgy and serial storytelling.
– Ability to manage several titles simultaneously.
– Analytical thinking and ability to make complex decisions.
– Basic understanding of art and design and experience working with creative teams (a plus).
– English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Managing up to 5 webtoon titles simultaneously.
– Responsibility for the creative direction, development of stories, dramaturgy, and product quality.
– Managing titles from concept to release and scaling.
– Working with storylines, plot arcs, and characters.
– Quality control of the script, art, and overall tone of the story.
– Coordinating the team (writers, artists, designers).
– Making decisions regarding changes, relaunching, or closing titles.
– Analyzing results and adapting content to the audience.
– Responsibility for audience and commercial results (together with the marketing team).
