ABOUT THE PROJECT
REQUIREMENTS
– 2+ years of experience in performance marketing/CPA with one or multiple channels: UAC, PPC, SEO, ASO, In-app;
– Hands-on experience in launching and scaling advertising campaigns;
– Understanding of funnels, offers, GEOs, and key performance metrics;
– Experience working with advertising budgets: from $100k+/month; from $30k+/month (for Tier-3);
– Strong data analysis skills and ability to make decisions based on metrics;
– Self-sufficiency, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset;
– Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
– Experience in building and managing a team of media buyers will be a strong advantage;
– Ability to build processes and scale directions will be a strong advantage;
– Strategic thinking and ownership of team results will be a strong advantage;
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns within the CPA model (UAC/PPC/SEO/ASO/In-app);
– Analyzing and improving funnels, offers, and GEOs to increase performance;
– Testing new setups, hypotheses, and approaches to traffic scaling;
– Monitoring and managing advertising budgets, achieving KPI targets for spend and profit;
– Working with analytics: evaluating campaign performance and making data-driven decisions;
– Collaborating with the media buying team, participating in discussions on current results and strategies;
