ABOUT THE PROJECT

REQUIREMENTS

– Proven experience in launching advertising campaigns in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for binary options products (Forex experience will be an advantage);
– Hands-on experience working with advertising budgets from $500–$1000+ per day;
– Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns for ROI and other KPIs;
– Ability to independently propose, test, and implement new strategies, creatives, and GEOs;
– Experience in validating results using data, reports, or screenshots;
– Initiative, proactivity, and willingness to share expertise with the team;
– Team-oriented mindset: readiness to collaborate with internal production, content, and sales teams;
– Willingness to work remotely and be available in the European time zone;
– Experience in building and managing a team of media buyers will be a strong advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Launching and managing advertising campaigns in Meta (Facebook) for binary options products (and possibly Forex);
– Analyzing and optimizing campaigns to achieve KPI targets for ROI, traffic volume, and quality;
– Proposing new approaches and hypotheses, testing new geos and creatives;
– Collaborating with internal teams: production, content, sales, and technical support;
– Independently selecting and testing funnels, creatives, and approaches;
– Participating in onboarding new team members and sharing expertise;
– Maintaining campaign performance reports and providing supporting data (screenshots, metrics).
