REQUIREMENTS

– Thinks in numbers, not “by gut feeling”;
– Able to scale, not just launch campaigns;
– Understands how the UAC (Google App Campaigns) algorithm works;
– Actively looks for winning combinations instead of waiting for instructions;
– Experience managing budgets of $50k+/month;
– Experience working with multiple GEOs (Tier1 / Tier2 / LATAM / Asia);
– Campaign optimization based on KPI;

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Launch, optimize, and scale Google App Campaigns (UAC);
– Work across Google Ads channels: Search, Display, YouTube, Discover within App Campaigns;
– Develop and test assets (texts, images, videos), run A/B tests, analyze performance;
– Manage large budgets (from $50k+/month);
– Manage the funnel: CTR → CR → CPI → CPA → ROI | ROAS;
– Work with MMP trackers (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.);
– Analyze in-app events and optimize for target actions (install, purchase, ROAS);
– Collaborate with creative and analytics teams for fast iteration and scaling;
